LED Custom Fixture & Product Design

Birket specializes in the design of custom LED fixtures for ride vehicles and architectural structures. We can go from client renderings and specifications to full production of any type of light fixture. We are well known for being able to support the replacement of unreliable or obsolete lighting fixtures at attractions.

System Integration/Installation

Birket always makes sure there's integration and endurance testing of all light fixtures and systems we design. We work with customer installers to ensure that instructions and device requirements are followed for a successful installation.

Manufacturing

Birket has access to local and worldwide resources for all areas of the manufacturing cycle. We team up with vendors that can provide us with excellent quality machined parts, injection molding, PCB assemblies, and cabling systems. Our LED fixtures use UV-protected plastics for extended outdoor exposure.

Birket Speciality Lighting specializes in concept-to-delivery of custom light fixtures for attraction rides or building architecture.

Our team can realize your idea from concept, prototyping, testing to delivery. We will work with your design team to ensure that all your mounting, environmental, and light output requirements are met.

We specialize in recovering obsolete or problematic existing lighting at your attractions. Lights that are no longer available will be replicated to fit the same form and function as your existing lights. Lights that are problematic for your crew will be replicated with improvements to bring your attraction back to full operation.

Dallas Cowboys (AT&T Stadium) Marquee Lighting

These fixtures were designed in conjunction with the end field video screen at the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium.

These fixtures were designed with very specific mechanical characteristics to fit the rotating louvers of the giant LED Display. The optical output of these fixtures was carefully determined to provide the maximum brightness delivery to anywhere in the stadium as the louvers rotate.

Steam Rocket Fixtures

Every aspect of the fixture was developed to illuminate the steam effect of a rocket engine simulation. Every aspect of the fixture, from the physical appearance to the light output, has been carefully designed to fit in the space allowed and provide the light output and functionality to simulate a rocket launch.

Step Marker

These custom fixtures were developed as a direct replacement for lighting at an Orlando theme park’s theater. These fixtures were developed from a physical sample provided of an obsolete light.

LED Wall Washer

Designed as a direct replacement for a light fixture no longer supported by the original manufacturer, this replacement meets or exceeds the original equipment specification for water ingress protection, installation method and LED Quality.

7W RGBA LEDs with optional 33, 45 or 62 degree optical lens.

Sparkle Strobe LEDs

“The smallest architectural Sparkle Strobe in the world!”

This was designed to be the smallest 1.5 Watt strobe. Easy to install, it fits in a very limited 1.5″ x 5/8 diameter space. The LED Strobe can be easily connected to our BRIK system using water-proof connectors just like all our other family strobes.

It can be made in White, Red, Green, Blue or Amber color with clear or opaque lens.
